  • Warranty only covers manufacturing fault.
  • Warranty does not include scratch marks, wear and tear or upholstery and or damage caused by the user.
  • The replacement parts under warranty are provided at no cost, but LOPE does not cover shipping fees for spare parts or the call-out fee for the servicing team to install them.
